Kiko and I love going to Terrazza Restaurant every once in a while. We are fond of their authentic Italian cuisine, excellent service and now their sea food spaghetti. Oh, we also tried their tortellini with parma ham today. Mamma-mia! It was Delicious.
After an entire morning of running errands in hot and humid Phnom Penh a big glass of bitter-sweet Aperol spritz is our go-to drink. Refreshing and ridiculously tasty.
Aperol spritz is widely consumed in Italy and is believed to be a digestive drink that whets the appetite and a great way to start your meal. My next kitchen adventure is to know how to do it myself.
