WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup greek yogurt
½ cup coconut sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, finely crushed
1½ whole wheat cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Hand-full of chia seedsMETHOD
Preheat oven 180°c
Cream together butter and sugar
Add eggs and crushed bananas
Combine together
In a different bowl combine all the dry ingredients
Add to creamed mixture
Add vanilla
Combine well.
Pour into greased loaf pan
Sprinkle chia seeds on top
Bake for 55minutes
Let it cool
