This is a quick 12 minutes full body yoga sequence. It is a slow flow that will leave you feeling absolutely energised. I love practicing in the morning, keeping it slow helps me to fully align each movement with each breath.

It is one of my go-to short sequences because it keeps the muscles working, stretch and tone your legs- especially the gluteal muscles, help tone your arms and abdominal muscles, and overally strengthen your core.
