FIVE MINUTES YOGA FLOW | SPINAL WAVES.

PSX_20190314_064642.jpgWe are only as young as our spine, a beautiful base from which to move effectively. In this five minutes yoga flow, I was focussing on my spine. Riding the waves of my body, warming up the spine, opening and closing the spinal vertebrae, breathing through every movement to release tension and invite fluidity.

Lately I find joy in listening to different African songs and beats as I flow through my asanas. They give me a different effect. They take me home especially now that I am feeling a little home sick.
