I fell in love with every corner and tasteful detail in Andavelo House. An exquisitely renovated and restored Swahili style house in the heart of Lamu town.
The house consists of 6 spacious and well equipped suites, a lounge area, an indoor plunge pool and a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The perfect spot for sundowners.
Safari and his team are super hosts. They are very kind, competent and accessible 24/7. Safari is always a phone call away. He once came to my rescue when I made a wrong turn and found myself lost in the narrow alleyways of Lamu.
I couldn’t have asked for a better hospitality. I undoubtedly enjoyed my stay at Andavelo House and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in the heart of Lamu town.
