Our day trip to Mount Binacayan in the province of Rizal, was as spontaneous as we could get. It took just a few hours, but it turned out to be the perfect excuse to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It was therapeutic, no doubt.The night before the hike, the organizer drops a quick line on our WhatsApp group chat and asks participants to bring gloves. Thailand is always a good idea! Together with a bunch of other mums, I just booked a yoga retreat in Koh Samui. I’m so excited to be combining the two things I’m passionate about: yoga and travel. Apart from practicing our downward facing dogs, we’ll be exploring the beautiful island of Koh Samui, of course! We’re also planning a three-day stay in Bangkok before heading to the retreat.
